Triggering my senses.

Something about me has changed recently,
or rather... went back to its original form?
I knew I was all emotional before,
that's how I got my nickname
"EMO PRINCE".
Anyway,
Its been a little more than emotional these days..
it seems like my emotion were easily triggered.
It has the ability to link a fairly simple thing
to something from my past or whatever..
and make me go all emotional.
Not entirely sure what's happening....
All my life, I'm a sensitive person..
and pretty much do anything by mood...
and I've always trusted my guts and feelings cuz it has
never let me down so far, when I sense something's wrong...
something is definitely wrong.
I'm practicing what I've learned from courses...
there's nothing I can do about my sensitivity,
but I can surely learn how to handle it..
at least having ways to resolve them.
I don't want to be an insensitive person,
I'm pretty sure my sensitivity towards my surroundings and people
has its advantage...
so ... the conclusion is to learn how to handle it
and make full use of it ... using it for the good?...
